Bingham was inducted as the 2016 President of NCCSS. She has been active in the organization for 9 years, serving as Research and Evaluation Chair for 3 years and as last year’s Conference Chair. She is the second NCCSS president from WKU. Dr. Beth Laves served as President from 2012-2013.

Over 30 summer session administrators attended the conference to explore new initiatives such as marketing abroad for summer students and introducing online courses to a residential campus. Participants also addressed continuing needs such as advising students and finding creative ways to market to students.

NCCSS is a regional organization for summer administrators from accredited American colleges and universities. It was founded in 1949 by deans and administrators in the North Central region who understood the power of collaboration and learning from one another.
